Privacy & Data Security
Your chats and uploaded files are private, and we do not have access to them. However, we strongly advise against uploading sensitive or confidential information such as IC numbers or personal financial data.
As an ex-auditor, I know firsthand how valuable a tool like this would have been. When I was in the profession, I often wished I had an AI assistant to help me work smarter and become a better auditor. Now that we have the ability to build such tools, Skybots wants to give back to the accounting community—this is our way of contributing to the greater good.

The Chatbots use artificial intelligence (“AI”) to assist you with basic tasks and answer various questions relating to the accounting industry.
By using the Chatbots, you ("User") agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms").
(a) The Chatbots are powered by artificial intelligence ("AI") which is designed to learn and improve over time, it may not always understand your requests perfectly.
(b) The Chatbots' responses may be influenced by the data it has been trained on, including any biases inherent in that data. It is possible that the Chatbots may provide inaccurate or incomplete information, misunderstand your questions, or be unable to answer complex inquiries.
(c) Users acknowledge that the Chatbots are for general informational purposes only and should be used at their own discretion. Users are responsible for verifying any information obtained through the Chatbots before making any decisions.
(a) Due to the limitations of AI technology, the information may not reflect the latest changes in policies, or regulations. Users are encouraged to refer to the latest standards and official websites for the most current information.
(b) Skybots Pte. Ltd. (" Company") disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, related to the information provided by the Chatbots.
(a) Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices and for any information stored on them. While the Chatbot may request information to assist Users, the Company recommends avoiding disclosure of any personal data or sensitive information through the Chatbots.
(b) Users are prohibited from engaging in actions that:
i. could damage or disrupt the Chatbots' functionality, such as providing false information or attempting to gain unauthorized access to Company systems;
ii. is/ may be for purposes that are unlawful, abusive, defamatory, indecent, threatening, obscene, pornographic, invasive of privacy or publicity rights or otherwise harmful to others;
iii. violate any applicable laws, rules and regulations, both local and international;
iv. infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;
v. upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Chatbots; and/or
vi. collect or track the personal information of others.
(c) Users acknowledge that the Chatbots' learning process may be influenced by User interactions. Users are encouraged to provide accurate and constructive feedback to help improve the Chatbot's performance.
Under no circumstance shall the company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Chatbots, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Chatbots and all content therein, including the underlying AI technology, are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Chatbot for their personal, non-commercial use only.
(a) The Company may retain anonymized transcripts of User interactions with the Chatbots for the purpose of improving the Chatbots' performance. No personally identifiable information (PII) will be retained. The Company is not obliged to provide copy of the transcript to the User.
(b) The Company may collect User's personal information only if User has requested that the Company’s staff contact them in relation to their enquiry.
The Company may, in its sole discretion, terminate User's access to the Chatbots for any reason, with or without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Republic of Singapore.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and User with respect to the Chatbots and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for checking these Terms periodically for updates. Continued use of the Chatbots following the posting of any changes to the Terms constitutes User's acceptance of those changes.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck off and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
